Humble in Heart

We aspire for every Child in Africa’s poorest countries to become independent through education.

Our mission is to connect underprivileged children to the resources necessary to grow academically, physically, and spiritually. We partner with local organizations to provide basic essentials to end illiteracy in one of Africa’s poorest countries (Egypt) through community outreach and local educational support. Our organization provides financial and spiritual support to educationally deprived & orphaned children. Additionally, we recognize the impact of underserved single-parent households and work with them in building sustainable incomes to provide for their children.

We are named after Christ when he said “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew 11:28-30

The mission started in Egypt in the year 2000, and was established in the US in 2019.

We are present in 50 cities in upper Egypt governorates of Minya and Sohag, supporting 1000+ underprivileged children and their families. As our children complete their education, they go on to become productive men and women who contribute back to their communities. This cycle allows us to continue to onboard new children, with the goal of creating a self-sustaining community that is rooted in education for all, and service to others. The need is growing as more and more children are in dire need of assistance.
